We’re looking for a full-time Youth Pastor that has a heart to grow, lead, and disciple youth students to live passionate lives for Jesus Christ.  The Youth Pastor will oversee the vision, culture, structure, and system of the youth ministry to teach and build up the faith of the youth students here at New Life Fellowship church.

CORE VALUES OF A YOUTH PASTOR

Gospel-Centered: The Gospel is the a-z of faith. Not the abcs.
Devotion over Duty: We desire a pastor who does ministry out of a love for Jesus and the people they are serving versus a pastor who is merely fulfilling a job requirement.
Relational – We desire a pastor who loves to walk with students and the staff and volunteers of the youth ministry
Missional: We desire a pastor who has a passion to reach the lost. We believe that we feed the insiders by focusing on the outsider.
Personal walk: We desire a pastor who is rooted in their personal and communal time with God in His Word and prayer and worship.
Teachable: We desire a pastor who has a desire to grow in their leadership, understanding and skills in ministry.
