Seeking Full-Time Youth’s Ministry Pastor
Antioch Church of Philadelphia (KPCA), located in Philadelphia on the East Coast of the United States, is a mission-centered church devoted to saving the lost for Christ. Our vision is to dedicate our lives to bringing one soul to Jesus Christ. We are currently seeking a full-time (half-time and part-time opportunities available as well) Youth Director who loves Jesus Christ and is passionate about serving and nurturing the next generation with God’s love.
Position
Full-Time Youth Director for the Next Generation Ministry (Middle & High School Ministry)
Responsibilities
As the Youth Director:
• Oversee and manage the entire Middle & High School Ministry.
• Develop and implement a Bible study curriculum.
• Manage ministry programs according to the assigned budget.
• Lead regular meetings with other youth ministry staff.
• Develop and execute new initiatives for the ministry.
As a Youth Pastor:
• Lead Sunday and Friday worship services, delivering God’s Word to the youth.
• Equip and disciple next-generation leaders.
• Provide pastoral care through counseling and mentoring.
• Organize and lead ministry events and programs.
Qualifications
• Must have graduated from or be expected to graduate from an accredited theological
seminary (M.A. in Christian Education or M.Div. equivalent).
• Must be fluent in English and able to preach in English; conversational Korean is a plus.
• Must align with and embrace the vision of Antioch Church.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in youth ministry.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Compensation
Annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience.
Half-time and Part-time opportunities available as well.
Ministry Start Date
Mid-May to early June 2025

2. Seminary diploma (if applicable).
3. Certificate of ordination or denominational membership (if applicable).
4. Two recommendation letters (one from your current senior pastor or a former senior
pastor).
5. Two sermon videos (YouTube links preferred).
6. Family photo.
