Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop youth ministry programs
2. Collaborate with other staff members to create a nurturing environment for spiritual growth
3. Engage with the congregation and foster community involvement

Basic Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in or graduated from seminary
2. No specific prior experience required; a genuine desire to learn and grow in ministry is essential
