ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Good Vision Church (GVC) was founded in Los Angeles, La Habra in 2021. GVC is seeking a full-time English Ministry Pastor. The EM pastor will partner and collaborate with the Senior Pastor and report to the senior pastor. The responsibilities of the EM pastor include:

1. Preach/preside on Sundays (weekly)
2. Lead regular Bible studies
3. Disciple and raise up lay church members
4. Provide pastoral care
6. Plan and coordinate life-stage servant leaders (events, life groups, retreats, etc.) for the spiritual growth of the members
7. Engage and support the youth, young adult group
8. Execute basic ministry administration and organizational duties
9. Attend pastoral staff meetings on Saturday mornings (weekly) and as otherwise needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– A believer and disciple of Jesus Christ
– Graduated from an accredited seminary with a minimum Master of Divinity (MDiv).
– Bilingual (English and Korean) is preferred
– Ordained by an evangelical denomination or evangelical church order.
– Holds a conservative and evangelical theology and philosophy of ministry.
– Has at least four years of full-time and half-time pastoral ministry experience.

SALARY
–   Full-time salary ($70K/annually)
