POSITION DESCRIPTION
The full-time pastor will join a staff of full-time and part-time pastors. Though this pastor will be a part of the round table leadership model, this pastor must be able to fulfill the duties of a traditional senior pastor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pastoral care
• Preach on a regular rotation
• Leadership training
• Discipleship
• Participate/ lead various ministry team meetings
• Vision casting
• Lead small groups
• Administration
• Participate in weekly staff meetings
• Attend/ coordinate church retreats
• Participate in local and global missions

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ Years of Experience in Full Time Ministry
• Masters in Divinity
• Egalitarian

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Reformed theology -Presbyterian preferred
• Spiritual gifts – open to spiritual gifts
