Pilgrim Mission Church (PMC), established in 1997 and located in Hackensack, New Jersey, is a missional church with the vision of all covenant members living missional life. PMC belongs to the Presbyterian denomination, “A Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians (ECO).” We are seeking to invite a qualified candidate who will serve as associate pastor and may eventually be called upon as our second senior pastor.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be/have:

1. Ordination and theological education (Master of Divinity (M. Div.) or higher)
2. ECO ordained/to-be ordained pastor with no disqualifying characteristics
3. Legally qualified to reside and work in the United States of America.
4. A minimum of 5 years of pastoral ministry experience (including lead or associate pastor roles in large churches and experience in immigrant churches).
5. Speaking and writing fluently in both Korean and English.
6. Leadership and experience in missions, missional church ministry, and small group ministry.
7. Willing to participate in interdenominational unity for God’s Kingdom.
